Lemon Tart Delight

BY ANDREAS CAMINADA - A lemon tart with calamansi and yoghurt accompanied by a warm lemon cake with almonds round off the menu in a refreshing, subtly sweet way. With a scoop of sour cream ice cream, you can make your dish at home even more delightful.

SERVE HOT/COLD

STEPS

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put the lemon cake in tin foil in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Place the lemon sablé tartlet on a small flat plate. Take the lemon cake out of the oven and out of its mould. Then place it on the other small flat plate.
  • Put the yoghurt meringue on top of the white dot on the lemon sablé tartlet.
  • COMPONENTS:

    Lemon cake, lemon sablé tartlet, yoghurt meringue.

    NECESSARY EQUIPMENT:

    Oven, scissors, palette knife.

    PLATE SUGGESTION:

    Two small flat plates.

    PREPARATION TIME:

    20 minutes.

    OVEN TEMPERATURE:

    180°C

    Egg, milk, sulphites, wheat (gluten), nut (almond). All dishes are prepared in kitchens where all of the 14 declared allergens are present and therefore we cannot rule out cross contamination.
