BY ANA ROŠ - The potato is baked in hay crust with salt, so it gets the flavour of the mountains. It is Ana Roš’ reinterpretation of an old-fashioned dish from the Soča Valley.
Egg, milk, nuts, gluten. All dishes are prepared in kitchens where all of the 14 declared allergens are present and therefore we cannot rule out cross-contamination.
