Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina
BY PEPPE GUIDA - A simple and greatly traditional dish, often homemade by Neapolitan grandmothers that in time has become a symbol of “Made in Italy” all around the world. The assembly of the various ingredients, like potatoes, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil make it an incredibly popular and modern dish to this day.
How to prepare
Gnocchi, parmigiano, yellow tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil leaves.
Pan (for tomato sauce), kitchen tweezers, spoon, ovenproof bowl/plate, oven (preheated to 180 C).
Large plate or bowl.
Wheat (gluten), milk, egg. All dishes are prepared in kitchens where all of the 14 declared allergens are present and therefore we cannot rule out cross-contamination.
