Lemon Tart Delight
BY ANDREAS CAMINADA - A lemon tart with calamansi and yoghurt accompanied by a warm lemon cake with almonds round off the menu in a refreshing, subtly sweet way. With a scoop of sour cream ice cream, you can make your dish at home even more delightful.
How to prepare
Lemon cake, lemon sablé tartlet, yoghurt meringue.
Oven, scissors, palette knife.
Two small flat plates.
Egg, milk, nuts (almonds), barley (gluten), kamut (gluten), oats (gluten), rye (gluten), spelt (gluten), wheat (gluten). All dishes are prepared in kitchens where all of the 14 declared allergens are present and therefore we cannot rule out cross-contamination.
