In 2011 Crenn opened Atelier Crenn as an ode to what she calls ‘poetic culinaria’. The restaurant was awarded its first MICHELIN Star within a year. In November 2018, Crenn became the first female chef in the US to receive 3 MICHELIN Stars.

Since the age of 15, MICHELIN Star Chef Simon Hulstone navigated the culinary industry, winning almost every competition in his path. He would go on to win gold in the World Skills Competition in France as the only British Chef, followed by over 50 individual titles worldwide.
Simon is passionate about local produce, directly taken from his restaurant’s farm, and lets the seasons inspire his culinary creations. His 5-course Signature Menu wants to capture the essence of his restaurant, The Elephant, and bring it to your home. Ana Roš (Switzerland only, UK coming soon)
Ana Roš a famous Slovenian chef known from Chef’s Table and her adventurous dish combinations unveil the chef’s character and femininity. Taste seasonal and local gems from this star chef who put Slovenia on the culinary map.
One day she visited Hiša Franko with her parents and found herself intrigued. She started working there as a waiter, eventually stepping in for a chef who had resigned. It took some time before Ana received the international acclaim she deserved, attracting culinary tourists from all over the world. In 2017 she was elected the world’s best female chef by Restaurant Magazine and in 2019, Hiša Franko was awarded the 38th spot on the 50 Best Restaurants list, followed by 2 MICHELIN Stars in 2020.
Her 7-course Signature Menu welcomes you to the chef’s homeland and lets you experience local gems from the region’s best suppliers. It is grounded in authentic Slovenian cuisine with an international twist resulting from Ana’s travels around the world.
