Ideas for fine dining mains
27 July 2022 - Uqonic Chefs
At Uqonic Chefs, all our mains are served hot. Our Signature Menus usually contain a type of meat or fish. In our Green or Vegetarian menus vegetables take centre stage. Can you find your favourite?
Here are some examples of Uqonic Chef’s typical fine dining mains:
Dominique Crenn’s Green Menus are a true feast for the senses. Dominique’s main course, Truffle Millefeuille with Mushroom and Truffle Sauce, is very popular among our customers. Taken from her 5-course Green Menu, inspired by the flavours of her grandmother’s food back in France.
Peppe Guida is also known as the Pasta Whisperer. Naturally, one of his main courses is a pasta: Gnochhi Alla Sorrentina. Taken from his Signature Menu, this main dish is traditional and based on the recipes of Neapolitan grandmothers.
Simon Hulstone’s Vegetarian Menu is an inventive veggie-based rendition of his Signature Menu. As a main, the Tarte Tatin of Caramelized Turnip and Apple, is beyond your imagination. Served with smoky wild mushrooms and a zingy ponzu dressing.
