Who is MICHELIN Star Chef Simon Hulstone?

Since the age of 15, Simon Hulstone navigated the culinary industry, winning almost every competition on his path. He would go on to win gold in the World Skills Competition in France as the only British Chef, followed by over 50 individual titles worldwide, including the UK National Chef of the Year Award. He also represented the UK for the Bocuse d'Or.
Simon Hulstone loves sharing his passion for the craft with aspiring chefs and nurturing their talent. He also shares this with the public on YouTube and national television. He has become a regular on Saturday Kitchen on BBC1 and has competed on the Great British Menu.
One of Simon’s greatest honours was being selected by British Airways in 2012 to devise menus for all airline classes alongside mentor Heston Blumenthal for the London Olympics. He also cooked at the Royal opening ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall in London for the Olympians and Royal family.

In 2006 Simons restaurant The Elephant in Torquay was awarded a MICHELIN star and has retained it still. It is featured in every major food guide and publication. Simon works closely with all his suppliers and only buys the season’s best products. Most of his products come from his 96-acre farm: the main inspiration for his delicious dishes.
