Loin of Dartmoor Venison with Turnip Fondant
BY SIMON HULSTONE - They say the best wild venison is farmed in the rolling hills of Devon across the acres of the moorland. Served with smoky onion ash and apple roulade, this dish has all the attributes of a French classic while using the best Devon has to offer.
Sulphite, egg, wheat (gluten), milk, soya. All dishes are prepared in kitchens where all of the 14 declared allergens are present and therefore we cannot rule out cross-contamination.
