BY ANA ROŠ - Experience roasted aubergine presented with a mole made of lamb jus finished with spices and chocolate. Everything is served on a tortilla which is a mix of Slovenian corn flour and nixtamalized corn flour.
How to prepare
Tortilla, aubergine, chimichurri, mint oil, mole, salad, physalis paste, olive oil.
Small bowl, fork, spoon, knife or spatula, scissors, small pot (for hot water).
FROM YOUR PANTRY:
Fleur de Sel or premium salt.
Cellery, milk, soy, hazelnuts, mustard, sulphite, gluten, sesame. All dishes are prepared in kitchens where all of the 14 declared allergens are present and therefore we cannot rule out cross-contamination.
